Laura and Russell
Laura is the founding member of Naturally Pawsome, she started her working life as a Police Officer serving Devon and Cornwall for 13 years. Immersing herself in caring for her Labrador, Bella is what helped with the high stress job she was in.
This love of dogs is what propelled Laura into changing careers and with the support from Russell she was able to gain her City and Guilds dog grooming qualification and create Naturally Pawsome.
She wanted to provide a service for your dog where you would be happy in the knowledge that your pet was being cared for professionally, calmly and with the best natural products available.
Laura and Russell have three boys, Elijah, Tobey and Jude and have just added a beautiful Pomsky puppy to the mix called Riker. He will be there to greet you when you arrive for your appointment.
Laura loves all aspects of grooming, however she is learning creative grooming and is always looking gain and master new skills and techniques.
AMY
Amy has been qualified and grooming nearly nine years and prides herself on her doodle grooms. She loves all aspects of grooming and has two Pomsky dogs called Effie and Albus, Effie is the mum of Riker.
Amy has been with the team the longest and brightens the room just by being in it and you will see this in the way the dogs greet her when you bring them in.
TRACEY
Tracey has been grooming nearly all her adult life and specialises in hand-stripping and traditional grooms. Although she is the newest member to the team she is already an integral part and looks after us.
Tracey has an affinity to dogs that may struggle with grooming due to fear and/or anxiety and is able to groom them with patience and understanding safely.
ALI
Ali started with Naturally Pawsome as a volunteer after she had gained her City and Guilds grooming qualifications but wanted to gain experience and confidence in her ability. She is the calming force within the team and her skills are so good that we snapped her up and she is now working with us.
Ali has two dogs called Max and Jack who are what we call 'fluffies' and as a result she excels in grooming dogs with a fluffy coat.
KACI
Kaci has been with us for two years since she was 14 when she attended the salon as work experience and has since never left and has become our bather on weekends and holidays.
She brings that youthful quality to the team and it has been a joy seeing her confidence working with dogs and customers come on so well. She loves your dogs as if they are her own especially the puppies.
