Laura and Russell

Laura is the founding member of Naturally Pawsome after she decided to do a drastic career change to follow her dreams of working with dogs.
Laura was a Police Constable for 13 years in the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary based in Devon and couldn't put off her true calling any longer. So in January 2017 she enrolled herself onto a City and Guilds Level 2 Dog Grooming course where she worked intensively to gain the qualification.
With the never ending support from her Fiance Russell and her best friend Nicci the business has gone from strength to strength.
Russell and Laura welcomed Elijah in 2018 and Tobey in 2021 to the world, not only were their family growing but their business aspirations were also. In February 2021 the opportunity to open a local pet shop and grooming salon to compliment the already existing successful mobile salon came about with 31 Fore Street, Cullompton.
Laura and Russell took the plunge and took on the enormous task of completely refurbishing the shop and opening the books for new clients to enjoy the new salon. Their friends and family have been paramount in making their dreams become a reality. Maurice, Laura's dad is the creator of the fantastic shop and salon design.
The salon is a completely family environment and you will often find Elijah and Tobey there ready to welcome you and give your pups a treat (or two).
Sophie
Sophie has been grooming for four years and has loved every minute. She started of as an apprentice groomer in Taunton where she gained a full qualification in grooming learning all the skills and more to provide your dog with a stunning groom.
She has a fantastic rapport with nervous dogs, by creating a safe and relaxed environment for your dog to gain her trust and get the groom they need.
She has a gorgeous Doberman called Odin who you will see when you visit the salon.
Sophie works both in the mobile salon (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) and static salon (Tuesday and Thursdays).
Amy

Amy is the newest member of our team but it feels like she has been one of the team forever. She has been grooming for 5 years and has recently come back to grooming after having her little boy - Harvey who is now 1 years old. She works Wednesday, Thursdays and Saturdays in the salon.
Effie is her beautiful PomSki and is often in the salon being cheeky and mischievous.
Nicci
Nicci is our number one supporter, volunteer and brainchild behind the business promotion and all the fantastic competitions where you can win all sorts of goodies including full grooms. If you visit our Facebook page you will see Nicci at her best. We aim to create a community of like minded, happy, animal lovers so we can share all the fun times and experiences with our Pawsome pets.
Nicci is one of the family and you will often find her and her beautiful English Bull Terrier Ruby in the shop, offering fantastic help and advise and slobbery kisses (Ruby only).

Ruby and Bella

Bella is a crazy, lizard tongued Labrador x Collie is Laura and Russell's pup and is five years old. Bella will greet you with muddy paws and big lick. Please feel free to come and say 'Hi' when we see you on our next visit.
You could not ask to meet a more friendly and lovable dog in Ruby. She is an English Bull Terrier and will melt your heart. Ruby is Nicci's dog and Bella's best friend. You will more likely to see her in the shop, snaffling treats and being her usual welcoming self.
